Compared with inland factories, our export logistics cycle is shortened by an average of 5–10 days.
From core cutting, coil winding, core stacking, assembly to vacuum drying and final testing, we have established a full-process quality control system. Every transformer must pass 23 full-performance tests before delivery, including ratio, DC resistance, insulation resistance, power-frequency withstand voltage, induced voltage, no-load/load loss and temperature rise.
Our products comply with IEC 60076, GB 1094, ANSI/IEEE C57, DOE 2016 and other international standards. We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CE certifications. Third-party test reports from KEMA, SGS or BV are available upon request.
We offer flexible customization for different voltage levels (6–110 kV), frequencies (50/60 Hz), cooling methods, vector groups and special designs including high-temperature resistance, anti-salt-fog, anti-mold, high-altitude, seismic and low-noise versions. OEM/ODM services with customer branding are also available.
